After 30 days, you can still contact us for a replacement within one year (Replacement postage should be covered by buyers). How long does it take to receive my refund?
Refunds are requested after we receive and process your return. If you are due a refund for non-returnable items, a refund will be issued when you contact us about your product.
For items directed to our Return Center, You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper; however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.
