Even with graphite shafts, they were a bit heavier than my old set and I was not sure I'd like that, but as I've played with them, I've found it to be a plus. You know where the head is and what it's doing throughout the swing.
I was fitted for these by Ping reps at a tournament and it's the first time I did the fitting thing. Highly recommend this to anyone.
