The Titleist AP2's high-tech, multi-material construction features a steel body, tungsten nickel sole, elastomer bar and aluminum cavity plate. Titleist AP2 is built to deliver both performance and feel. The dual cavity design of the Titleist AP2 irons pushes weight to the perimeter for forgiveness. A central cross member featuring a soft elastomer cushion provides structural rigidity behind the impact area while also dampening face vibration for better overall feel. The lower cavity of the Titleist AP2 irons is enclosed by a tungsten nickel box. This high-density material locates the weight low and deep while providing structural rigidity and low frequency vibration dampening for outstanding solid feel. The tungsten nickel box helps reduce the sole and back flange width for better turf performance and shot control.
Titleist AP2 irons provide a comfortable and confidence-inspiring appearance in the set up position with a traditional blade profile and hosel junction. The metallic back cavity plate contributes to the AP2's great looks and bag appeal.

The Titleist 2010 AP2 Irons have put me consistently in the low 80's with an occasional high 70 here and there. That’s why you take the time to hit several different sets and take the time in finding the right clubs for you. Great value for what they have done with my golf game!
These clubs might be on the pricy side, but they are really worth the cost. Titleist puts more research and development into their clubs than anybody else, that these clubs are a complete scientific revolution to the golfers arsenal.
This Titleist model in my opinion is the best engineered iron on the market. The feel is amazing off the face of the club unlike any other.
These are the best irons I have ever owned and I have owned several sets. They just feel right. The price tag might make your jaw drop but the clubs might make your handicap drop.........
The regular flex helps me hit the ball a bit farther I have borrowed one for a few rounds now. I have also been hitting the ball a lot more straight. Thank you, and I am pleased with 2010 AP2 Irons.
If you want the best set of irons then AP2s are what you looking for. And I highly recommend them with Project X shafts as well.
