If there is anything wrong with our items or service that you are not happy with, we accept exchange or refund merchandises by all means. No questions. No hassles. No kidding.

If you find any faults of our items in 30 days after receipt, you can contact us for Full Refund. Items should be returned in their original packing. After 30 days, you can still contact us for a replacement within one year (Replacement postage should be covered by buyers). Please be aware that it takes us 1 to 2 weeks to process the replacement.
