Refund Policy

Please review these policies carefully as they are the terms of sale that govern your purchases at golfequipment18.com. They set out your rights and obligations with respect to your purchases, including important limitations and exclusions, such as those in golfequipment18's product warranties. Your placement of an order at golfequipment18.com constitutes your agreement that these policies apply to the order, so be certain you understand them before you place your order. If the item is returnable and you send it back to us unopened in the original box, golfequipment18 will offer you a refund based on your original method of payment. If you just need to return an item, go to our online Return an Item.

How long does it take to receive my refund?
Refunds are requested after we receive and process your return. If you are due a refund for non-returnable items, a refund will be issued when you contact us about your product.
For items directed to our Return Center, You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper; however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), and the time that takes your bank to process our refund request (see below for specific guidelines). We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

How will your refund be issued?
If you paid by Credit Card, your refund will go to 15-20 business days after your return is processed.
If you paid by Western Union, your refund will go to 1-2 business days after your return is processed.

How are refunds calculated?
The amount of your refund depends on several factors:
Items that meet our returns policy will receive a full refund.
Items that do not meet our returns policy will receive only partial refunds.
