We accept Visa Card and Master Card.

We have introduced the third-party payment platform (Credit Card) as a security measure. It has the function of risk control. If you fail in doing the payment during transaction process, you may check out the following reasons:
1.The IP address which you use for transaction is blacklisted by the risk control rules.
2.The credit card number which you use for the payment is blacklisted by the risk control rules.
3.The country code which your IP address lies is on the “high risk countries” list of risk control rules.
4.You have used this credit card for online transaction more than two times today.
5.You didn’t install the Plug-ins which can protect your transaction security when you are doing the payment.
6.When you are doing the payment, the transaction area is so far away from the area of your bank of deposit.
7.The area of the phone number you fill in does not match the area of your bank of deposit.
8.The user name you fill in does not match the account opening user name of your credit card.
9.The bank of deposit of your credit card does not put on record in VISA International/Master Card International.
10.Your IP address has been used for online transaction more than five times today.

 

In order to ensure the security of the transaction and you can do the payment effectively, we suggest:
1. Please give us your accurate information of your credit card.
ATTENTION: The user name you fill in MUST match the account opening user name of your credit card. The post code and address MUST match the post code and address of your bank of deposit.
2.The transaction times of your paying credit card MUST be less than THREE times.
3.You MUST choose a safe place for the transaction activity, such as your home.
4.When you are doing the payment, we suggest that you better use IE or Firefox browser(Both IE and Firefox are compatible for Visa card, and only IE compatible for  the IE broswer).
5.If you still fail in doing the payment after filling in the accurate information, we sugges at you can change another effective credit card to conclude the payment. Any questions please contact our customer service. We are happy that we can help.
